My research interests include user-centred data visualisations for non-expert audiences, interactive installations and transdisciplinary collaboration to develop novel technologies, particularly visualisation. I am also interested in design thinking methods, reflective practice, qualitative research in HCI and digital arts.
I completed my PhD at The University of Sydney Design Lab, Faculty of Architecture Design and Planning in 2017. I am a digital artist and interaction designer. I work as a creative technologist in research, design and art contexts, creating human-centred data visualisations for personal informatics, research and science. I'm currently a postdoctoral research fellow with the Human-Centred Technology research group in The University of Sydney School of IT.
